A Bath & Brush is 45–70 minutes, a Full Groom 75–120 minutes, and a Spa Day up to two and a half hours. Exact timing depends on coat condition and how relaxed your dog is. We'll always text you a realistic pickup time rather than guessing.

That's most of our clients, honestly. We're fear-free certified and work one dog at a time — no kennels, no barking chorus, no forced handling. For very nervous dogs we offer a free 15-minute "happy visit" first, where we do nothing but treats and sniffing. If your dog tells us they're done, we stop and finish another day.

We'll assess it honestly and give you two options: a patient dematting session, or a shorter clip that starts fresh. We will never demat a coat to the point of causing pain — sometimes the kindest cut really is the shortest one. Either way, you'll get a brushing plan to prevent a repeat.

Never sedatives. We use gentle handling, a non-slip mat, and a grooming loop only where it's genuinely needed for safety — never around the neck to force compliance. If a dog is distressed, we take a break.

Most dogs: every 4–6 weeks. Doodles and long-coated breeds: every 4 weeks, with a brush-out at home two or three times a week. Short-coated dogs can stretch to 8 weeks for a bath and nail trim. We'll give you a schedule at your first visit.

Free to cancel or move up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the service, because that chair can't be filled at short notice. Life happens — talk to us and we'll be reasonable.
